make a bootable iso from bootable usb drive

This page is mainly about make a bootable iso from bootable usb drive
Granted, this isn't going to happen often, but I got a (fairly old) Paceblade M110 from Camtech in Cambridge which came with a recovery USB stick from Paceblade. I use Ventoy to hold all my bootable media which serves from ISO so I wanted to throw an ISO of this recovery USB onto there, just in case.

The method

If you haven't already got ImgBurn, download and install.
Plug the bootable USB drive into your computer.
Start ImgBurn.
Click on "Create image file from files / folders".
In the "Sources" browse to your USB drive.
In the "Destination" choose where to save the final ISO image.
Now, in the "Advanced" tab choose "Bootable Disk".
Check the box "Make Bootable Image" and then, in the "Boot image" box, browse to, and select, the file "boot\etfsboot.com".
In the field "Developer ID" put "Microsoft Corporation" and enter "07C0" in the "Load Segment" field.
Enter '4' in the 'Sectors To Load' field if your etfsboot.com file is 2K is size, enter '8' if it's 4K. (Basically it's the size of the file in bytes divided by 512 - i.e. 2048 / 512 = 4) Note: Vista's is normally 2KB and Windows 7's is 4KB... so enter '4' if you're building a Vista OS installation disc and '8' if you're building a Windows 7 OS installation disc.
Click on "Build".
