Our Learning Journey

Our journey in this module follows a real-world project lifecycle. We will begin by acting as analysts, breaking down a project brief to understand our audience and define what success looks like. Then, we will become planners, creating storyboards to map out the narrative of our project. Next, as creators, we will gather our assets—filming video, recording audio, and sourcing images—before stepping into the role of an editor. In the editing suite, we will learn to use non-linear software to assemble our media, add titles, mix audio, and polish our final product. The journey culminates in a premiere, where we will showcase our creations and evaluate how well they met the original goals we set out to achieve.
