Building a real computer network with dozens of cables and switches is expensive and difficult. So, how do we test our ideas first? We build a simulation! Today, you will use a digital modelling tool to create virtual networks. We will test different "topologies" - the shapes of the network - to find out which designs are the fastest and most secure.
